The particular nature of the work does not matter to the adequacy of this document. You can, at the strategic level, advise on a number of issues or take on a technical task. You can work alone or in contact with an internal team. You can negotiate terms with the client before preparing a final contract or modify the document to establish standard terms that are not negotiable. The deal is drawn to protect you, but should also be acceptable to your customers – there should be no controversy. Amendment: This agreement is concluded on a voluntary basis and is at will. In other words, each party is free to terminate the consulting contract at any time, with or without reason. Nothing contained in the company documents should alter this at-will directive in any way, and the At-will Directive cannot in any way be changed by the oral or written insurance of the persons employed by (company name). Of course, your industry has an impact on your work. But this is a legal document, no specification for your work. This contract is for a single advisor to present each client as his contract. Before proceeding with work on such an amendment, a written change order contains the necessary changes to the work statement (s) and the parties agree in writing that this work constitutes an amendment to the original statement of work as amended and that they continue to approve the changes to the change order.
