First, his move in June to spend nearly $12 million on three sets of educational software. In addition, all teachers will be able to earn higher salaries much earlier in their careers. After three to five years, outstanding new teachers can earn as much as Grade 20 teachers currently earn. Snively suggested that Davis outline an agreement that allows students to visit the Tampa Museum of Arts.

The employee signs the finalized application for Hillsborough County ACP Public Schools as a participation agreement. The completed application form and the corresponding program fee agreement form are sent to the Professional Development Office. Applications are accepted throughout the year until the last day of April of the current school year. Participants in the third year of their temporary certificate are no longer able to participate in the program after September 30 of the current school year. Our District is grateful to the state for making the increase available to this group of employees, as the new salary adjustment becomes an important recruitment tool to continue bringing quality teachers to Hillsborough County. However, we must not lose sight of the teachers who have dedicated their careers to the students of the county and reward them for their service during the pandemic. District management has now developed a plan to achieve this collective wage increase while maintaining the borough`s fiscal strength.
