Depending on the seriousness of the situation, HUAWEI CLOUD may ask you to correct the error within a specified time frame, suspend service until the cooperation contract is unilaterally terminated and take responsibility for infringement. 6. If you send SMS messages to a third party, you must provide a free, convenient and effective way to refuse or disorbiteat the service in the SMS. You must not prevent the recipient from refusing sms in any form. When you provide SMS service to users to promote services, you should highlight the pricing standard, billing method and opt-out method.

Sending records and retail call records (CDRs) for SMS messages sent via the international sms service is stored in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. When SMS messages are sent to subscribers in mainland China, the sending of recordings and CDRs can also be recorded in mainland China. 2. Before using this service to send SMS messages, you must obtain the consent or permission of the recipients. You cannot send text messages to an object (including phone numbers recorded in the DNC list of the country or region in which you are located) that have expressly refused to receive text messages unless you have received express permission. Otherwise, you are responsible for all the problems that result and HUAWEI CLOUD will not suffer any loss. 2.
